Coskata supports its prospective and current licensing customers with a wide array of services covering all aspects of the business development relationship from initial outreach through to operation of a Coskata-technology plant:
- Early on, we will work with prospects in a consultative role to determine their fit with the Coskata process and help them understand the economic and environmental benefits of our technology.
- After a customer decides to license Coskata’s technology, we will perform basic engineering services that will give a licensee and their engineering firm the full suite of deliverables (such as a process flow diagram and preliminary heat and material balance) required to begin full front-end engineering work.
- During that front-end work as well as on into detailed engineering and plant start-up, Coskata engineers will support and train the licensee and their EPC contractor as well as validate that the completed plant meets key design and performance criteria.
- Throughout the life of operation, Coskata will provide an ongoing supply of microorganisms and on-site services including the provision of operating personnel to assist in managing the complex fermentation section of the plant. Troubleshooting, performance tracking and other services are always just a phone call away with a dedicated technical services group at Coskata’s headquarters focused exclusively on customer service and support.
