Coskata’s pilot facility is based at the Coskata global headquarters in Warrenville, Illinois.

The facility houses the lab where Coskata microbiologists work to develop the patented microorganisms as well as to test and patent some of their innovative bioreactors.  This facility continues to provide the data and information needed for our semi-commercial facility located in Pennsylvania.

Today, you continue to find Coskata scientists enhancing new strains of anaerobic bacteria in our high throughput screening laboratories, and operating the pilot scale reactors to best understand the tolerances and nutritional requirements.
